The seaport Vitino provides services in storage and transference (transhipment) of bulk-oil cargoes such as petroleum, black oil and stabilized gas condensate.

The port is capable of handling three tankers simultaneously. At present one sea tanker with deadweight up to 70 000 tons and two tankers such as ore-oil carriers can be handled simultaneously.

The average productivity of loading a sea tanker at the deep-water berth is:

Crude petroleum, gas condensate - up to 2,000 cubic meters per an hour;

Dark petroleum (black oils) - up to 1,400 cubic meters per an hour.

The tankage park for storage of petroleum has the following capacity:

 Light petroleum - 8 items of RVS-5,000; 2 items of RVS-10,000;

Dark petroleum - 16 items of RVS-10,000.

At present productive capacities allow to tranship:

Petroleum  - up to 140 thousand tons per a month,

Black oil - up to 100 thousand tons per a month,

Gas condensate  - up to 120 thousand tons per a month.

 The petroleum for storage and subsequent transference is received both in railway tanks and tankers such as ore-oil carriers.

The Port handles tankers only with isolated ballast. Neither oil-containing, bilge or feces waters, nor dust are received in the Port at present.
